1. Processing Times

 

 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed, but we’ll notify you by email if there are any significant changes.

 

 

 

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

 

 

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions, weather, or high seasonal demand.

 

 

 

 

3. Order Tracking

 

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours after shipment.

 

 

 

 

4. Local Pickup (If Applicable)

 

 

If local pickup becomes available at our physical café location, customers will receive an email with pickup instructions and scheduling details. Local pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.

 

 

 

 

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

 

 

We ship to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Some restrictions may apply for larger packages or bulk orders.

 

 

 

 

6. International Shipping

 

 

At this time, Between the Covers Café ships only within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

 

 

 

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

 

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@btccovers.com.

We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

 

 

 

 

8. Address Accuracy

 

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
