At Between the Covers Café, customer satisfaction is our priority. While all sales are final, we understand that issues can occur during shipping or fulfillment. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products—books, coffee, and subscription boxes—we do not offer returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or customized.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include the following in your message:

A description of the issue

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after it has been approved.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Subscription boxes that have already shipped

6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Subscription renewals must be canceled prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
